Regenerating: The essential oils of Chinese cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia), chamomile (Anthemis nobilis), parsley (Petroselinum crispum), and patchouli (Pogostemon cablin) are renowned for their regenerating properties, helping your skin recover and rejuvenate. There is no evidence of safety of the drug in human pregnancy or during lactation, but it has been in wide use for many years without apparent illconsequence. If drug therapy is needed during pregnancy, this drug can beused if there is no safer alternative. Cream is not recommended for nail or scalp infections; keep from eyes; if no improvement within 4 weeks, treatment should be discontinued. Usually not effective alone for the treatment of infections involving hair follicles or nails.Rarely, it is possible this medication will be absorbed from the skin into the bloodstream. This can lead to side effects of too much corticosteroid. These side effects are more likely in children, and in people who use this medication for a long time or over large areas of the skin. Tell your doctor right away if any of the following side effects occur: unusual/extreme tiredness, weight loss, headache, swelling ankles/feet, increased thirst/urination, vision problems. Compared with control groups, no significant teratogenic effects were seen in rabbits, guinea-pigs, mice and rats following oral, topical or subcutaneousadministration of tolnaftate. 4.7 Effects on ability to drive and use machines

There are no pre-clinical data of relevance to the prescriber which are additional to that already included in other sections of this SmPC. 6 PHARMACEUTICAL PARTICULARS 6.1 List of excipients Chlorocresol; sodium acid phosphate; white soft paraffin; cetomacrogol 1000; cetostearyl alcohol; mineral oil; butylated hydroxytoluene and purified water. 6.2 Incompatibilities Rarely, using corticosteroid medications for a long time or over large areas of skin can make it more difficult for your body to respond to physical stress. Before having surgery or emergency treatment, or if you get a serious illness/injury, tell your doctor or dentist that you are using this medication or have used this medication within the past few months. Burning, itching, irritation, or dryness may occur when this medication is first applied to the skin. This should disappear in a few days as your body adjusts to the medication. If any of these effects last or get worse, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly.Skin infections can become worse when this medication is used. Notify your doctor if redness, swelling, or irritation do not improve. On the other hand, it improves circulation and alleviates the discomforts caused by chilblains and symptoms of Raynaud’s Syndrome.
